1. Who we are
Voilà Sport & Entertainment Ltd (“Voilà”, “we”) is a UK company (No. 12217652) at Nile House, Nile Street, Brighton BN1 1HW. We provide corporate hospitality, hotels and tickets for sporting and entertainment events. We are the controller of the personal data described here. Contact: sales@voilatickets.co.uk.
2. What we collect
Names, business email addresses, telephone numbers, company and job title, booking, invoicing and payment records, guest details supplied for bookings, and our correspondence with you.
3. Where it comes from
From you directly: when you subscribe to our emails on our website, and when you enquire, book or correspond with us. Also from our own client records.
4. How and why we use it
- To provide bookings and hospitality, issue invoices and manage payments (contract).
- To send you news about events, hospitality and offers by email, because you have subscribed or asked to hear from us (consent). Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link and we stop at once if you opt out.
- To keep records, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations.
5. Who we share it with
Service providers that help us run our business, such as email delivery, payment, accounting and IT providers, and event organisers, venues and hotels where needed to deliver a booking. We do not sell personal data.
6. How long we keep it
Client and booking records for as long as needed for the relationship and legal and accounting requirements (normally up to 7 years). Marketing contact details until you opt out or we know they are no longer relevant.
7. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, object to or restrict processing, and object to direct marketing at any time. Email sales@voilatickets.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
8. Marketing emails
To stop receiving marketing email, use the unsubscribe link in any email or write to sales@voilatickets.co.uk.
